Your new Captive Bred jumping spider is labeled with a Clutch ID, Individual ID, all known molt dates, and instars (instars are estimated as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed for several reasons, including molts occurring before individual separation of the clutch, individual variances, etc).
How to read the label:
Each clutch is assigned a 1-2 letter code. Subsequent clutches from the same female will include a number before the letter code (ex: Clever’s first clutch is labeled “C”, her second clutch is labeled “2C”). The numbers following the letter code are the individual ID of each spider (ex: “2C40” would be from Clever’s second clutch, and the 40th labeled individual).
**All known information is listed in the Clutch ID section. While all of our spiders are Captive Bred, sometimes we obtain hatched clutches or gravid females, in which case the male parent or exact hatch date may not be available.
